CENTERS CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of respect and consideration to your Therapist, Physician and other clients, we kindly ask that you honor your scheduled appointment time. Please note that appointment space is limited daily and appointments are booked back to back.
Kalaheo Wellness Center understands that unanticipated events occasionally do happen in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients' time, we kindly ask that you give at least a 4 hour advance notice within normal office hours or leave a voice message on the machine when cancelling and/or changing an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Chiropractic / Personal Insurance / Work Comp Cancellations/Changes with less than 4 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments may be subject to partial or full charge for that appointment. It is office policy that you are allowed two ( 2 ) missed appointments or cancellations with no penalty. After the second cancellation or missed appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your chiropractic adjustment and/or other therapy treatment fees. Insurance will not be billed for these charges. Cancellation fees are the responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full before the next visit.
Massage & Acupuncture Cancellations / Changes with less than 4 hours notice will be charged $25 is not rescheduled within a week of your appointment. The amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Coupons / Special Offers / Gift Certificates may be voided.
Arriving late Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. Kalaheo Wellness Center Massage Therapist and Physicians will do their best to accommodate and honor your full scheduled time, but if you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session booked. Please plan accordingly. It is advisable to arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
No-Shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their scheduled appointment time will be considered a “no-show”, and may be charged 50% or more for the “missed” appointment. Coupons / Special Offers / Gift Certificates could also be voided.
